A Greek Ceramic Amphora with Crimson Rings | 5th-3rd century BC

This is a Greek ceramic amphora with crimson rings to the upper body. There is a repaired crack that runs from the lower neck to just below the bottom crimson rings. Overall good condition and an attractive collectible piece.

Provenance:  Purchased in 2020 from a London specialist auction, the property of a European collector living in London; previously in an old private collection formed in the early 1980's.
